There has to be a new definition of services in e-commerce as well as in stationary trade. “If you don’t move forward, you can soon shut up the shop. “The virtual online platform is what Rehn has in mind. “We have to delight the customers in e-commerce also.”
This is not possible with the current solutions. Therefore the Alnatura is developing a solution for this with help from external partners. “We have created a seperate area for people who can think four-dimensional.” A lot of steps are still necessary. A 3D online shop with a virtual tour and the possibility to view products in real 3D will be available already in summer for customers.
According to Rehn, the results of the existing online-activities are quite good. The e-commerce at Alnatura is better than expected. Nevertheless, the possibilities arn’t reached. There is still a lot of work to do.
